pour me another
Every time I have a really stressful day or week regarding schoolwork I always think to myself, “if I can get through today, I can get through anything”.
And usually I end up getting through said day with the least amount of effort. Meaning, if I have a speech or midterm I’ll just procrastinate all day, study for maybe an hour, and not prepare a speech and just wing it. Which results in subpar grades.
So it’s not even like getting through the day was hard to begin with since I barely put in any effort. It’s so simple when you really look at it. hard work=great results. no work=no results.
Your life is only as good as you make it to be. Why am I so satisfied with being average?
